Ahead of the May 22nd official launch date of the RedmiBook 14 laptop, Lu Weibing, Redmi’s general manager and president of Xiaomi Group has confirmed 3699 Yuan as the official price of the device. Lu Weibing disclosed this in a recent post via his Weibo account, where he revealed the configuration and pricing of the new RedmiBook 14 laptop.
Not too long ago, we reported that the Chinese brand confirmed May 22nd as the official launch date of the new RedmiBook Pro 14 laptop, a successor to the RedmiBook Pro laptops launched last year. Unlike the 2022 laptop which was powered by 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processors, this new laptop stands out as it comes with a Core i5-12500H chip.
Lu Weibing Confirms RedmiBook 14 Laptop Price
In the post, Lu Weibing confirms 3699 yuan as the official launch price of the new RedmiBook 14 laptop. Previously, the brand had earlier announced that the laptop will be around 4000 yuan. Meanwhile, according to the information, the laptop has already opened an appointment and will be officially launched at 8:00 pm on May 23.
“RedmiBook 14 has been warmed up for a week, and everyone has discussed it very lively, but everyone generally guesses the price is high, and it will be released directly today, starting at 3699 yuan. Our original intention has never changed, to provide users with productivity tools with outstanding performance and high-cost performance, and spend every penny on the cutting edge of just-needed functions. RedmiBook 14 Laptop Specifications
As earlier confirmed the new RedmiBook 14 is powered by Core i5-12500H chip and features a full-blood standard CPU, which can deliver a rare 45W performance release in the same class and unleash an infinite flow of creativity for work and learning. It comes preinstalled with a Pro-level heat dissipation system that uses two 8mm heat pipes and two twin fans, both of which are uncommon in their class, to fully release 45W of raw power.
In addition, the laptop has a standard professional-grade primary color screen with a standard high-score high-refresh-rate of 2.8K 120Hz that is infinitely close to natural colors and has an E value of 0.4.
