Apple has just made iOS 13.3 available for all users. The changes are common with iPadOS 13.3, so there is nothing specific in this new version for the iPad. Here’s everything that has changed with the update.

tvOS 13.3
Apple has redesigned the Apple TV home screen with tvOS 13.3 to allow full-screen panoramic previews in the upper shelf area. At the same time, the content of Top Shelf for the TV application also changed.
A new configuration in tvOS 13.3 allows you to retrieve the “Next” list on the home screen of your Apple TV. To change the settings, update to tvOS 13.3. Then, go to the Settings application. Select Applications, then select the TV application.
