Alongside the Samsung Galaxy S10 series and the Galaxy Fold at Samsung Unpacked 2019, the company announced Samsung Galaxy Buds. Now, users complain as Galaxy Buds does not work properly, especially the right earbud.
The earbuds aim to work well with other devices due to their standard Bluetooth 5 connection and offer a near-seamless experience with a Samsung phone. But according to users, the right galaxy bud has stopped working. For some users, the bud also does not connect to the Galaxy Wearables app.
With the Galaxy S10 series, Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds for a reason. The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a feature that effectively turns the Galaxy S10 into a wireless charging pad which is called Wireless PowerShare. You can charge them with your Samsung Galaxy S10 and so the case of the Samsung Galaxy Buds also has wireless charging capabilities. But now it seems that something is wrong either with the charging pad or with the earbud itself.
There’s no way to remove and add them back or apply software patch, which I suspect is the culprit since I updated them the day before it started last week. Thoroughly frustrated! – Samsung Community
Recently, there have been rumors regarding the release of Galaxy Buds Plus. However, regarding the issues faced by Galaxy Buds users’ authority has not confirmed the problem yet.
