The Chinese name for Huawei P20 Lite Huawei Nova 3E is expected to be official in the country on March 20. Almost a week before the day, we received images and even a hands-on video that showed off the phone and its camera capabilities.
The latest reported image exhibits the iPhone-ish top notch with the home screen. As a refresher, the phone is expected to feature a 5.84-inch Full HD+ resolution display supporting 1080 x 2280 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio with 2.5D curved glass on top. It would as well have an octa-core Kirin 659 processor clocked at 2.36 GHz and coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal (expandable up to 256GB) with a microSD card.
The dual-camera setup on the back is said to feature a 16 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary sensor, paired with Leica DUAL LENS 1:2.2/26 ASPH lens. The smartphone will have a 24 MP resolution snapper on the front for selfies. Providing juice to the internals will be a 3000 mAh capacity battery. On the software front, Huawei Nova 3e will be running on Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box.
In the video, the rear panel is shown bearing the Leica dual camera setup (16 MP and 2 MP) with LED Flash below. It as well features the fingerprint scanner at the center and is in a good enough position for your finger to reach while handling the phone. It also shows off the front selfie camera that’s 24 MP. Both the rear and front cameras of the phone apparently present qualitative capabilities.
Other features include a 3,000mAh battery capacity and EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo as the OS. The phone is supposed to reach global markets by March 27, starting with Paris. Tell us in the comments below if Huawei’s latest device attracts you. Stay with us to know more about Huawei’s latest.
