Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has upgraded the headphone technology to a new level. Did we ever think of combining fitness with headphones? It is now possible through Honor Clear headphones. This device was recently launched in China, attracting users with its unique features.
Honor Clear headphones have everything from real-time heart rate detection to Hi-Res audio playback. The Hi-Res audio playback comes with MEMS microphones along with an in-line remote with music and volume control. The headphones come with ergonomically designed earbuds which come in three different sizes. The 3.5mm connector comes with gold plating, which really enhances the look.
The optical heart rate sensor is located on the right earbud. The heart rate sensors provide the heart rate results on Android devices with the Huawei Health app. Real-time heart rate detection provides these results when you are working out.
The reports revealed that Honor is using heart rate variability (HRV), which receives data from built-in optical centers. This detection device provides results that are 95% accurate. In collaboration with the Institute of Psychology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Honor designed the headphones to assess the users’ psychological stress levels to provide them with their corresponding heart rate index.
Honor Clear headphones will go on sale in China starting today. It has a white color option which wears a price tag of CNY 129 (Rs 1,350).
