Samsung has decided to surprise its customers and has now Recently begun to release the stable version of Google’s new operating system, Android 9.0 Pie, for the Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. The update has come a few days ahead of schedule.
It was recently revealed that Android 9 Pie for Galaxy Note 9 would be released no earlier than February 2019. However, apparently, Samsung developers managed to optimize the update for the flagship phablet earlier, and therefore they made the decision not to postpone the release, moving it to an earlier date. This is also hinted at by the “weight” of the update, which for beta users in the pre-testing program who installed it earlier, was only 95 MB.
How to install Android 9 Pie
If you still have not gained access to Android 9 Pie but want to, there are two options. The first involves connecting to a VPN and selecting Germany as the location. However, this method requires a paid subscription since most VPN services do not allow downloading large amounts of data for free from other servers. The second method is to install the beta version of Android 9 Pie and use it because, as mentioned above, it is not much different from the release build, and later the final build will be much less in size.

Android 9 Pie for Galaxy Note 9 includes the new One UI interface. Unlike the Samsung Experience, it was originally designed for smartphones with an elongated display. For ease of use, One UI divides the interface into two parts – visual and contact, thereby minimizing the need to reach out to the top of the display.
