Apart from the hardware, the interface is also important. More and more manufacturers are therefore investing in a so-called gaming interface. So you can easily access all the necessary settings while gaming. Oppo has developed the Game Space for this.
Halfway through last year, this interface was decorated for the Find X. With this Oppo phone, you can easily call up a nicely designed notification list while playing a game via the left side of your screen. This way, you can easily activate the Do Not Disturb function, activate the graphics acceleration mode, record a video, take a screenshot or send a WhatsApp message, our colleagues at AndroidPit reported.

This time Oppo has applied for two patents for a similar interface, but for a telephone with a notch. The design patents were applied for by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications halfway through last year at the Global Design Database of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office). Both patents were published on 2 April 2019.
The gaming interface is placed around the broad notch in a stylish way. Users can swipe through the list while keeping a good view of the game. Depending on the chosen shortcut, a square pop-up with the desired app opens.
The interface can be displayed both in horizontal mode and in vertical mode. In addition to a series of sketches, several color images have also been included in the patent. It, therefore, appears that Oppo intends to provide future smartphone models with this gaming interface.
It is still unknown whether this game menu will also be used with the Reno phones. Next Wednesday, April 10, 2019, the new Oppo phone series will be unveiled. Several Oppo Reno models are expected, including the entry-level model, the Oppo Reno Lite and a telephone with an oblique pop-up camera. The 5G smartphone will probably also be discussed. Furthermore, it remains to be seen whether the phone with 10x zoom will also be introduced.
