Oppo has come up with a new device called Reno Z in Europe. It comes with a waterdrop-style notch display, a pop-up selfie camera and Snapdragon 710.
The OPPO Reno Z features a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, an under-display fingerprint reader and a waterdrop notch. It runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 UI and is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P90 processor, 6GB RAM, and 256GB storage. On the rear, there’s a 48MP+5MP dual-camera setup.
Apart from a dual-SIM card slot and 4G LTE, there’s GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A 3950mAh battery powers the OPPO Reno Z and it is compatible with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
This new Oppo smartphone runs Android 9 Pie topped with ColorOS 6.0. At its rear, it includes a dual-camera module with a 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. There is an O-Dot ceramic point as on the other Reno smartphones to protect the camera sensors from scratches when placed on a flat surface. And, the notch at the front houses a 32 MP selfie camera.
The Oppo Reno is all set to be launched in India on May 28 that could be somewhere around INR 27,000; the phone is moreover pegged to launch in China with a price tag of CNY 2,599.
