Amazon on Monday announced for the first time that it will be offering the same Machine Learning (ML) course for consumers which they use to train their own engineers, the course will be available on Amazon Web Services.
This will include digital courses that are provided free for developers, data platform engineer, business professionals, data scientists and this has more than 45 hours of 30 self-service. Also, it will include gift wrapping eligibility, predicting entertainment award nominations using data from IMDb and optimizing delivery routes.
The launch of the course was announced on Cyber Monday which also informed that Amazon has used Machine Learning (ML) across the company for more than 20 years, the announcement was done by Matt Wood, general manager of deep learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Amazon.
Each course starts with the fundamentals, and builds on those through real-world examples and labs, allowing developers to explore machine learning through some fun problems we have had to solve at Amazon – Matt Wood, General Manager of deep learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Amazon.
Further, he added, “The coursework will accelerate the growth of ML skills for all AWS developers at the Machine Learning University that was exclusively limited to Amazon-only employees before”.
