This week Google announced that the company going to release the new version 7.1.2 Nougat to its Pixel and Nexus series devices soon. Version 7.1.2 is an incremental update for various devices.
Basically, the new Android Nougat 7.1.2 focuses on refinements which include various numbers of bugfixes and optimizations with a small number of improvements for carriers and users. For now, Android Nougat 7.1.2 will be available for Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, and Pixel C devices.
According to Google, the public beta is eligible for devices that are enrolled in the Android Beta Program. If people want to try the public beta for Android Nougat 7.1.2, the easiest way that they can go through the Android Beta Program. People can enroll their devices in the beta program if they want to receive the OTA which Google to roll out soon.
Google expects that Android Nougat 7.1.2 finally going to release within a few months.
