As reported earlier, Apple introduced the 9.7-inch iPad Pro at the “Let us a loop in” media event at Cupertino headquarters. The Silicon Valley tech giant announced the device and the 4-inch iPhone SE and Apple Watch bands at the same event. iPad Pro will be available in three storage options – 32GB, 128GB, and a new 256GB capacity, the highest of any iOS device.
The iPad Pro comes with the most advanced technology, a new pro Retina display, enhanced camera, better color saturation, Night Shift mode, a new True Tone display, and more. Another important feature is that the device supports Apple Pencil and a new Smart Keyboard for a better user experience.
On the announcement of the iPad Pro, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Philip Schiller, said, “iPad Pro is a new generation of iPad that is indispensable and immersive, enabling people to be more productive and more creative. It’s incredibly fast, extremely portable, and completely natural to use with your fingers, Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard. And now it comes in two sizes,”
The new iPad Pro has more advanced features than its predecessor, iPad Air 2. The display packs with a True Tone display that lets users experience 25 percent brighter and 40 percent less reflective than iPad Air 2, making content even easier to see indoors and out.
The smart device also uses the color gamut used in iMac, which means you can receive better image quality as an iPad user with a Retina 5K display.
If we consider the design, the device looks spectacular as it’s just 6.1mm thin and weighs less than 500g. The new iPad Pro is powered by a third-generation 64-bit A9X chip that incredibly increases the groundbreaking performance.
On the camera part, the iPad comes with12-megapixel iSight camera sensor featuring Focus Pixels for fast focusing and a 5-megapixel, front-facing FaceTime HD camera, making the new iPad Pro for the selfie lovers.
The advanced camera will let to snap even in low light giving better image quality and shooting 4K video. The device packs with embedded Apple SIM and also runs on a run on both cellular and Wi-Fi.
The company, in a press release, announced that the iPad Pro would be available in four color variations – silver, space grey, gold, and rose gold, and starts at MRP INR 49900 for the 32GB with Wi-Fi model and MRP INR 61900 for the 32GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model.
Users will be able to order for Mar 24 on the Apple website in countries like Australia, Canada, China (Wi-Fi models only), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the UK, US Virgin Islands, and the US through selected carries and in other countries, it will be available from early April.
