Microsoft announced in 2017 that Apple wanted to launch iTunes on Windows 10 as a version dedicated to the OS. Apple is finally ready to launch its first Windows app via the Windows Store.
The Apple Windows 10 app version of iTunes is still in test mode.
The training has just been received. The application is ready. The current Microsoft Store is not yet on the shelves, but you should see it soon. – Apple
According to a self-claimed AppleCare consultant, the new app can detect previous versions and can even migrate the necessary data to its new version of the Microsoft Store. The data includes the music library and the iOS backup. Appearance and user experience are similar to the same of the official website of iTunes.
Apple was supposed to originally release this version by December 2017, but then they needed more time on development. There’s no officially confirmed release date, but we expect it to come with the Windows 10 Redstone 4 update. It can be a matter of days!
Stay tuned to know more on this.
