Yesterday, January 21, Apple announced that it is joining hands with Malala Fund to expand the efforts of the youngest Nobel Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai in girls’ education. Led by her, Malala Fund focuses on empowering every girl by providing free, safe, and qualitative education.

By the support of the leading tech company, Malala Fund looks forward to doubling the grants provided by its Gulmaka Network. The organization as well aims to extend funding in India and Latin America for providing secondary education to over 100,000 girls.

Apple’s contributions to the welfare expansion include assistance with technology and curriculum for the organization. Additionally, the tech giant will monitor Malala Fund’s policy modifications that are required to globally help girls complete education.
