Apple released iOS 13.2 last week but it came with its own set of tiny problems. The release of the new iOS 13.2 brought Deep Fusion to the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max along with some more emojis, new Siri privacy settings, and bug fixes. To redeem the damages done by the iOS 13.2 after only a single week, Apple has released iOS 13.2.2 update for iPhone and iPod touch users.
The problem with the latest iOS was that some users complained that their background apps quit unexpectedly. The latest Apple iOS 13.2.2 update will apparently fix the issue. There also had been some complaints about the cellular data performance which the new update has been equipped to fix.
Apple had always been praised for the performance it delivers with each and every product and for the flexibility in multitasking. However, some iPhone users including iPhone 11 users complained about RAM management issues with iOS 13.2.
Furthermore, some apps such as Instagram, Gmail, YouTube and so on will quit automatically if and when it is switched with other apps such as camera or iMessage. Since this is fairly a new issue and a lot of users have been affected by this, Apple took notice of it quick and released a solution, the iOS 13.2.2.
The update size is about 98.7 MB and is compatible with iPhone 6s or later. It will fix the RAM management issue according to the changelog. iOS 13.2.2 is supposed to also fix the issue which caused the network to go away temporarily each time after making a phone call. Mobile data too would be unavailable for a while.
iOS 13.2.2 for the iPhone also fixes an issue that caused replies to S/MIME encrypted email messages between Exchange accounts to be unreadable and also resolves a problem that caused interrupted charging on YubiKey Lightning-powered accessories.
