The new iPhone might be water resistant, but Apple is not rushing to send a test version of iOS. Earlier in the day, they officially released the third in the iOS beta series- 11.2.5, and that is not all. Following suit are the watchOS 4.2.2, tvOS 11.2.5, and the third beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.3.
This latest test version bears similarities to repair bugs, but additional facilities to develop the stability of the system have also been incorporated. Admittedly, iOS 11 had various problems and this release was in response to the same. It is equipped with louder keyboard clicks and dial sounds in the phone app.
On the other hand, some developers have noted that in the iOS 11.2.5 new beta version, the battery status information can be easily viewed. Now that the holiday season has come to an end, Apple is expected to come up with regular updates, but it is anticipated that the company might do otherwise.
The scandal iPhones created regarding frequent slow-downs, discovered at the end of the last year, has propelled them to include more user-facing information about battery health and rectify their alleged lack of transparency.
