Thus it is a completely new Social Media event. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has suggested that Apple will announce the details of its iPhone 12 virtual event this week itself. The event will also cover the Apple Watch hardware and release the details for iOS 14 and watchOS 7 alongside the new iPhone.
Jon Prosser, the tipster of this news has suggested that a new Apple iPad and Apple Watch would have been released on September 7, 2020. Prosser also claimed that Apple had a press release scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. However, these were hoax as the date and time had already passed. Not much of lead time is required since the iPhone 12 event will be completely virtual this year.
