Although it has been a while since the new Samsung Galaxy J2 that will be presented throughout 2018 ceased to be a secret, it never hurts to receive official confirmation of the existence of the device. And it is that the company itself, after its most affordable mid-low range phone leaked completely, today shows us its next device in great detail through its official website dedicated to the Russian market.
Although the page belongs to the accessories that will accompany the device once it lands on the market, thanks to the different images, we can see the design of the smartphone in all its angles. After the revelation on the official website, certain details that we did not know about the most affordable model of the line, Galaxy J for 2018, are revealed.
Samsung filters the design of the Galaxy J2 2018 in full
Thanks to the images filtered by Samsung itself, we can see how the new, more affordable Galaxy shows off a physical appearance that reminds us of the company’s phones launched several years ago, more than the last generations of the giant’s smartphones. South Korean technology giant, however, has an explanation and is that the device will have a price of only 115 euros in Europe.
Leaving aside its physical appearance, we know that the phone will have a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels qHD. Right below, the fingerprint reader makes an appearance, accompanied by two capacitive buttons that, by way of curiosity, share the design with the on-screen navigation buttons of the Galaxy S8 and Note 8.
Another detail we can extract from the images is that the Galaxy J2 2018 will be sold in at least two different color variants: gold and black. For the rest, and thanks to previous leaks, it is expected that the phone will introduce an 8-megapixel camera on the back, and 5 on the front, in addition to a Snapdragon 425 processor accompanied by 1.5 GB of RAM. The presentation of the terminal is scheduled for the first months of this year 2018, although Samsung has not yet commented on it.
