Samsung has opened up a partnership with the famous South Korean band BTS. Samsung’s next product the Galaxy S20+ is made in partnership with the boy band.
To create a stir in the market, Samsung has released a teaser on various social media platforms that perfectly showcases what to expect from the upcoming product without revealing much.
The Galaxy S20+ will come wrapped in a new color called Mirror Purple which is somewhat similar to the color of the Galaxy Z-Flip smartphone. Apart from a new color, Samsung is also introducing a new BTS edition Galaxy Buds+.
It is not certain yet but by means of association, we can assume that the BTS inspired Galaxy Buds+ will also be available in Mirror Purple.
The teaser also revealed that the Galaxy S20+ will come in a unique box for the BTS edition. The box is black in color with 7 stars printed on it. The stars represent the seven members of the boy band.
Samsung with French books and electronics stores, Fnac is all-set for the global launch of the Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition. The pre-order for this special edition smartphone starts from June 19 and will run till July 5, 2020.
Samsung has not officially announced anything regarding the nature of the BTS edition smartphone. Also, it is not known if it will be a limited edition series; furthermore, the tech giant has not revealed the pricing of the smartphone either.
The Galaxy S20+ comes with a 6.7-inches Dynamic AMOLED display that gives a refresh rate of 120Hz. The rear end of the camera features a quad-camera set up. The camera setup consists of a 64 MP telephoto, 12 MP wide, 12 MP ultrawide, and a TOF sensor.
The selfie camera is 10 MP. The smartphone runs on Exynos 990 or Snapdragon 865. Additionally, there is a 4500 mAh battery that supports 25W fast battery charging support.
