Certain Affinity has provided further information about its involvement in the Halo Infinite project and disclosed that it is in charge of developing something huge and unique for the brand.
Certain Affinity, an American video game company with headquarters in Austin, Texas, has worked on installments of the Halo and Call of Duty series alongside. Halo Infinite, which debuted in 2021, is unquestionably an improvement over its earlier versions in terms of top-notch visuals and seamless gameplay. Previously this year, Certain Affinity stated that it has expanded its Halo Infinite developmental responsibilities.
Certain Affinity has a team of 100 people working on a big Halo Infinite project
Though there haven’t been any official statements (via Venturebeat)on Certain Affinity’s Halo Infinite project, CEO Max Hoberman gave a brief overview of what to anticipate and the studio’s commitment to the project.
Hoberman stated, “The biggest thing we’re doing right now that’s public is working on Halo Infinite doing something that-they’re quite prescriptive about what we can say-for more than two years now.
He went on to say, “But we’re doing something unannounced, and we’re leading development on it from conception to design. For the franchise, it’s something big and unique. That’s the single largest project of our three projects currently. We have close to 100 developers working on that.”
Predictably, rumors that this would be a battle royale mode have once again surfaced considering that this has been hinted to be the greatest project. The subject hasn’t been addressed by 343 Industries or Certain Affinity, though.
Despite the fact that the studio hasn’t revealed exactly what it is or whether when fans will get to know it, we can be confident in its quality considering all the past Halo developments it has cooperated in. Even to guarantee a seamless experience for the devoted audience, the devs continued to work nonstop even after the game’s release.
