DJI and Ryze Joined Hands to Launch Low Cost Tello Drone

A newly affordable drone for $100 is launched by a collaboration between DJI and Ryze, which would stay afloat in the air for a total time of 13 minutes, comprising a 720p camera and a sensory mechanism of collision detection that would prevent it from crashing into nearby objects like trees and buildings.

This new drone called the Tello is armed with an Intel processor and the Failsafe Protection feature, which would enable it to land safely in spite of a loss in connection. On top of that, it is easy to use, requiring you to just throw it up in the air and watch it yield its magic. The best part about the Tello drone is that it is pocket-friendly, making it a more economical option than Spark, the cheapest drone DJI offers and that too, at a cost of $500.

However, the ground reality is that it remains a plaything compared with Spark because the drone is used for merely flying it around, taking pictures, videos, and selfies while having fun with friends.

The low-cost Tello drone is available for sale in the United States of America after March 2018 and you can get it from the online store of DJI where you can sign up and get notifications regarding its release and availability.
