ExecVision Launches a Chrome Extension on the Conversation Intelligence

PR Newswire
PR Newswire
PR Newswire is a distributor of press releases headquartered in New York City. The service was created in 1954 to allow companies to electronically send press releases to news organizations, at first using teleprinters.

ExecVision, the only conversation intelligence platform that helps organizations close the Insights-to-Performance Gap, today announced the release of its Chrome Extension, which gives customers an alternate way to record scheduled or unscheduled web conferences from Zoom, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, Webex, and Join. Me and UberConference, add them to the ExecVision platform and mine those conversations for critical insights to improve their team’s performance. It is the first conversation intelligence platform to build a Chrome Extension for this purpose and requires no technical assistance for implementation.

To leverage this functionality, users can download the Extension through the Chrome Web Store, which is then activated at the start of every web conference. Upon activation, users are offered the option of recording that particular conversation. This is in stark contrast to other conversation intelligence platforms where bot technology is automatically launched without prompts or reminders that the conference will be recorded and analyzed. Additionally, unlike bots, ExecVision’s Chrome Extension is not displayed as an additional participant in the web conference, which may cause confusion and be considered intrusive to meeting attendees.

Web conferences are a critical part of many organizations’ customer communications strategies, so we are thrilled to expand our capabilities in this area and offer our customers an easier way to analyze these conversations for key insights on team performance and skill gaps – David Stillman, CEO, and Co-Founder of ExecVision.

He continued, “We made a strategic decision to develop a Chrome Extension rather than a bot in order to respect our customers’ privacy and preferences when it comes to calling recording, as this is often a sensitive area for sales teams and customers alike.”

ExecVision’s Chrome Extension is a part of the company’s strategy to become an omnichannel conversation intelligence platform, enabling leaders to leverage customer conversations across all communication modalities to drive human behavior change and impact business results.

About ExecVision

ExecVision is a conversation intelligence platform built on a simple, almost inarguable premise: Insights mined from customer interactions are exponentially more valuable when you can translate them into performance improvements in your marketing, support, sales, and product teams. We shine where other conversation intelligence software falls short: Improving performance by changing human behaviors.

Founded in 2015, our team leverages all the pattern recognition and human intelligence from ExecVision’s 15 years of insights-based sales coaching, and applies it to uncovering actionable insights from customer-facing conversations, allowing organizations to make better decisions, coach and develop their team at scale, drive behavior change, and ultimately generate more revenue through performance improvement.

Customers like The Madison Square Garden Company, Intuit, TransUnion, and Imperial Supplies have seen a 30+% increase in win rates and onboarding cut by at least 30%.
