Social media giant Facebook has been playing a vital role in the tech world. Latterly, Facebook thinks out to lead the way by bringing voice and video calls to its lead craft. Facebook brought up messager as a feathers tool for communication to glare up the conversation.

Messenger has clutched its position since its launch in 2014. Reports say Facebook has managed to bring the new way of communication from August 24. Facebook users from the US and some parts of Europe could be able to use voice and video call features.

In addition, the new initiative is just a small trial, nothing more than that, but the main reason is it came up to the light to reduce the app switching, which means users might bounce back to the Facebook app to message. In order to slice this process, Facebook outlines these features said by “Connor Hayes” director of product management at the messenger.

The ultimate aim of Facebook is to make it easier to place voice and video calls in the main app without rushing to the messager app, which was derivative from the Facebook app seven years ago. This paved the way for the user to install a new app which ushered the users to enjoy the messaging amenity. Facebook has been trying hard to bind up the messaging among its chambers. To begin with, the process they recently implemented between social media wizard Instagram and messenger last September. This cleaver made users hold video and voice calls with connections on the other app without being required to download both apps.

“You are going to start to see quite quite a bit more of this over time,” Connor said in a statement. He added that users should feel messenger as ‘connective fibres’ to people who want to connect with their family and friends.

Facebook concerned messenger as a service app instead of a messaging app. With this argument, people are forced to use messenger to place videos and voice while they’re busy watching breathtaking videos and stories. Moreover, people should continue using messenger in order to experience ultra featured voice and video calls,” the Facebook spokesperson said on Monday.
