Bringing sound to videos in News feed
The new update from the social media giant comes with more enhanced features, now videos in News Feed will be played with sound. Earlier, watching video in News Feed was in silent mode and now you can listen to the sound with just one tap on the video. After successful testing, Facebook has rolled out the feature on the News Feed – as you scroll through your news feed the sound of video will fade.
If your phone is set to silent the video sound will not be played. You can also disable the sound by switching off “videos in News Feed start with sound” in settings.
Watch and Scroll
Like other features this is also a very interesting feature – previously there was no option to watch videos while scrolling through your News Feed but now you can minimize your video and scroll through your News Feed. You can drag videos to any corner of your screen and if you are an Android user you can watch videos even after you get exit from Facebook.
Facebook video app for TV
Facebook has announced that the company will soon launch the Facebook Video app for TV for the people who are most likely to watch Facebook videos. This App will be out soon for Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, and some other devices.
