Tech Goliath Google is promoting an accelerator program for Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), an Indian government congruous network. With the collaboration of ONDC, Google will prepare its fundamental infrastructure APIs (application programming interfaces) for ONDC members. This program will help members to get access to retail search systems and artificial intelligence to improve buyer and seller experiences. Not only that, ONDC program members can apply for a $25,000 cloud credit grant.
A senior officer of the tech major elaborated in a developer conference on June 28. “We are launching an accelerator program for ONDC to support the growth of India’s robust network of digital sellers,” said Ambarish Kenghe, Vice President of Google Pay.”
The joint venture brings a unification of ONDC and Google Maps that will keep up the wings to better swing off the usability of orders through address descriptors.
For the first time, the feature would be available in 25 Indian cities to make it tranquil to find and transmit addresses by harnessing landmarks and street names.
