Earlier, a phone with the codename Sargo surfaced on the internet. It turns out that this Sargo is, in fact, Google Pixel 4. The news of Sargo being the new upcoming Google Pixel 4 was confirmed by Geekbench. Along with Sargo, another Google phone with the code name Bonito was spotted in the list of devices supported by Google ARcore. The other codenamed phone ‘Bonito’ will, in fact, be Google Pixel 3a XL (model number G020F). This phone is a part of Google’s project to launch affordable versions of the Pixel 3.

The entire series of affordable Pixel phones will be labeled as the Pixel 3 Lite series. These phones will be manufactured by the Foxconn company. The new Pixel 3 Lite devices are rumored to be launched by the middle of 2019.
The information leaked on Geekbench does not show either the device’s chipset or the camera details. However, the specifications do come in handy in trying to decipher more information about the device. The Google Pixel 4 is going to be a mid-range phone with 2 GB RAM, and it will be powered by the Android 10 operating system. Google may launch a 3 GB RAM variant of the 2 GB RAM, but to gain any information for that, we will have to wait.
A phone with just 2 GB of RAM is not suitable for any smartphones or tablets these days. It is also possible, therefore, that Google could be relying on its software optimization to offer a smooth user experience. The speculation that Geekbench may not have leaked accurate information about the device since almost all Google Pixel devices come with 4 GB RAM as standard cannot be discarded. The single core score of the phone is just 744, and the multi-core score reads 3201. The new phone may run on the Snapdragon 800 series chipset.
