As of today, the owners of the Pixel devices and the latest Nexus will begin to receive the corresponding January security patch update that solves the vulnerabilities discovered during the past month.

The first security patch of the year 2018, solves up to 20 system vulnerabilities that could endanger to a greater or lesser extent, the privacy of users or the integrity of their devices. Fortunately, Google points out that, to this day, no operating system user would have been affected by these security problems.
In the security bulletin of this patch for January 2, you can also see the vulnerabilities related to the different brands of Android devices that have been discovered in the system as well as those belonging to processor manufacturers such as Qualcomm or MediaTek.
