Gmail is a free and one of the finest email services, developed by Google. From its inception until today it has come up with several new and exciting innovations. We’ve already seen how Google has been testing various automation features with the Inbox for Gmail client, and now it appears that Gmail for Android may be receiving a smart feature of its own: nudges.
The latest version of the Gmail app for Android, version 8.2.25, prepares to add a new feature called “Nudges” which suggests emails that might be important for you but you may have forgotten to reply to. The feature will nudge you, i.e remind you to respond to these emails. Gmail Nudges will show these “nudged” emails at the top of your inbox.
Users who tend to miss out on things due to their packed schedules or do not get time to clear their cluttered inbox will find the feature extremely helpful.
Though the feature has not gone live yet, the work is in progress and we can hope that it will soon a part of the App.
