With the arrival of Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL people are finding the good and the bad of the updated features. And one such bad issue is the nasty software bugs, which causes some photos not to be saved.
Ever since the arrival of Pixel and Pixel 2 XL; they were plagued by issues from the start like Camera and speaker trouble, the bad LG-made screen on the 2 XL, and many more. The launch of the Pixel 3 was much awaited with the hope that Google would at least have sorted out its quality control issues.
But as it turns out that the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL also starts showing issues. It is having trouble saving images. Users have been complaining for several days. Now, Google pledges to release a software update to resolve a bug reported by users of its Pixel smartphone where the camera app fails to save an image after it’s taken.
It is yet unclear what makes the issue lie but based on user reports it seems like there may be a problem with waiting for HDR to finish processing before switching to another app, so an update to the company’s Google Camera software could fix it.
