Google, the America-based multinational corporation and technology company has announced that it will release its 4K-compatible streaming device by the name of Google TV Streamer. The device is set to release on September 24, 2024.
The device shall have 32GB of storage, an improved processor, and twice the memory. This also suggests that the device will be compatible with loading apps faster and ensure smoother navigation than the previous generation Chromecast.
With its 4K HDR equipped with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, the users will be able to enjoy a cinema-like experience in detail, sound, and image users will also be able to access a wide range of movies and shows across several streaming applications like Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV.
Furthermore, the device will support Matter connectivity and has a built-in Threas border router. It also provides the facility to control smart home devices with the new home panel and has the features of dining lights and checking cameras without pausing the shows the viewers are watching.
Moreover, the remote is equipped with a sensor, and one can detect its presence by pressing a button. This removes the hassle of finding the lost remote every time.
