Google is bringing a new app called “Reply” to the market, which will guess replies and provide three smart options to respond using a single tap. It will be able to do so by integrating itself with different messaging apps. So far, Google has announced that ‘Reply’ will be integrated with messaging services like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Hangout, Google Allo, Twitter DMs, and slack. But this new app will surely not be limited and/or bound to the handful of these apps only. It will soon branch out to reach new platforms. It currently is in the beta test mode.
The new app is being beta tested by Arena 120, an experimental division within Google. ‘ Reply’ will not just only guess a simple reply but provide an alternative and smart reply to the message sent to the user. It will come with a “Do Not Disturb” mode, enabling the user to drive safely. It will silence the messages sent to the user and will also inform the people who sent the message to the user that the user can not talk at that moment. If the user gets an urgent message, ‘Reply’ will make sure that the user becomes aware of the message even if the device is silent.
