The comeback of the Nokia brand into the smartphone market with the launch of Nokia 6 smartphone in China was hailed by Nokia fans. Nokia announced that the device would go on its first sale in China before anywhere else – now the company announced will be available in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. HMD Global has officially announced the Nokia 6, the first of an upcoming range of Nokia-branded Android phones.
The company is organizing a team that would publicize the return of the Nokia brand to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. It is priced at 1,699 yuan (around $245 USD). The phone is likely to be available in silver colored variant along with the black-colored version when it officially goes on sale.
Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 403 pixels per inch full-HD display wrapped in 2.5D Gorilla Glass. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC alongside 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Nokia 6 is a dual SIM smartphone that is backed by a 3000mAh non-removable battery having a fingerprint scanner on the Home screen.
