Honor would be finalizing the details of its next device that would go on the market under the name of Honor 8A. The device has now passed by the Chinese certification agency TENAA, revealing part of its design and confirming some of the specifications. The Honor 8A would look very similar to the Honor 8X, with a front full screen, with hardly any presence of frames, but with a small notch on top.
The back of the Honor 8A would be very simple, with a single camera sensor located in the upper left corner a flashlight below it. Regarding the technical specifications, the new model could arrive with a 6-inch panel with an HD+ resolution. Inside there would be room for an eight-core processor at 2.2 GHz, accompanied by 3 GB of RAM and a storage of 64 GB.
Regarding the photographic section, the Honor 8A would have the main camera sensor of 13 megapixels and a front of 8 megapixels for selfies. It would be, therefore, a basic device for the medium-low range segment. For the rest, Honor 8A would be powered by Android 9.0 Pie, the latest version of Google’s mobile platform. It would also equip a 2.920 mAh battery, which, given the device performance, could give a whole day of battery backup.
Although its Indian release is unknown, the Honor 8A could land in four different colors: gold, red, black and blue. Its price is also unknown, but considering that it is an affordable phone and is very likely to be cheap.
