As the battle for laptop workplace domination crashes on, HP is in all hope with its latest release that will help to continue its success in the space. The company recently revealed HP’s first HP Elite Dragon series mobile ultra-thin notebooks along with HP Spectre x360 variant, HP’s first wood-grain notebook ENVY Wood and flagship new generation light series A3.
According to reports the number of companies that allow mobile office and flexible working hours are increasing year by year with a more free and open office model.
In-depth insight into user needs has always been the driving force behind HP’s innovation – Zhou Xinhong, President and General Manager of the Personal Information Products Division of Greater China.
The HP Elite Dragon laptop is an ultra-light premium convertible notebook weighing under one-kilogram, along with premium displays and accessories for home and office. It offers up to 24.5-hours battery life with the latest Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.
The HP Spectre x360 variant is powered not by Intel’s 9th Gen Core series CPUs but with its 8th Gen chips. In addition, HP seems to have given the convertible’s body a proper facelift. The Spectre x360’s edges are now “gem-cut”, giving the laptop more character.
The new Spectre x360 feels fairly sturdy and grippy in the hands. At 1.32 kilograms, it feels quite lightweight too. At the same time, the new Spectre looks cool and understated. It’s easy to imagine somebody in business formals holding the Spectre x360 while walking out of a business class lounge at an airport.
HP’s newest Envy models, on the other hand, have got actual wood. It even covers the touchpad. It’s a standout look for a laptop and one that we’re more accustomed to seeing on dashboards and center consoles of high-end cars. HP points out that each unit will be utterly unique because of the natural variations in woodgrain featuring razor-thin bezels and impressive battery life.
Featuring an all-new design, color scheme, and improved portability, HP sees the Dragonfly as a major step forward in its B2B offering. The company notes that the device is the world’s first notebook made with ocean-bound plastic material, with up to 50 percent recycled plastic material used in the keycaps, with no metal components within the keyboard array instead of the use of rubber and plastic.
As per the company “For businesses, business notebooks will be a better choice.”
