After the humongous success with the smartwatch Watch GT2, the Chinese tech giant Huawei launched an iterative version of the smartwatch overseas called the Huawei Watch GT3.

The new smartwatch comes in two versions: 46mm and 42mm. The overall design of the smartwatch is very similar to its older version. However, as the GT3 is the new generation of the Huawei smartwatch, there has to be some difference.

One of the biggest differences in its appearance is the position of the crown. The previous generation of the smartwatch has two crown buttons that only support pressing, but the crown buttons on the new smartwatch are capable of rotating; this rotating feature is similar to the previous Huawei Watch3.

Coming to the detailed description of the smartwatch: the Huawei GT3 46mm version features a 1.43-inch display; under the hood, the smartwatch features an ARM Cortex-M processor. Moreover, it comes with 4GB of RAM and 32MB of internal storage, which supports 5ATM water resistance.

Additionally, the smartwatch also features over 100 sports modes, Bluetooth calls, and all-weather blood oxygen monitoring, which has gained popularity ever since the pandemic hit. The smartwatch is offered in three styles: sports, classic, and elite.

The 42mm version of the Watch GT 3 watch comes with a 1.32-inch of the screen display. It runs on an ARM Cortex-M processor. Moreover, it comes equipped with 4GB of RAM and 32MB of internal storage. Like the 46mm version, this smartwatch, too is 5ATM water resistant and comes with over a hundred sports modes. It weighs only 35g and is 10.2mm thick. The Watch GT3 42mm version comes in three styles: sporty, fashionable, and elegant.

However, none of the versions of the new Watch GT3 features the eSIM function which means that the smartwatches will not be able to use the call function separately. The smartwatch can only receive or make calls using Bluetooth only. The price for the smartwatch is supposed to start at 2000 yuan.
