Today, Huawei launches its Honor 7C and 7A in India, targeting the mid-segment market. The company has chosen the country’s leading eCommerce brands, Flipkart and Amazon, for selling the handsets.
7C features a 5.99-inch display supporting 1440 x 720 pixels with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It uses the power of a Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor, with two memory variants: (3/32)GB and (4/64)GB. It can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD.
The dual rear camera setup features 13 MP and 2 MP sensors with phase detection, autofocus, and LED flash. The front selfie snapper is 8 MP and comes with LED flash and low-light capabilities. Bokeh and Beauty modes are two other notable camera specs.
7A sports a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with pixel support and aspect ratio similar to 7C. Furthermore, 7A packs Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor coupled with 2/3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. It expands to 256GB with microSD.
The camera division for 7A is the same as that of 7C. 7A features both face-unlock and fingerprint sensors.
Both the 7C and 7A run EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo and are equipped with a 3,000mAh battery. Special launch offers include Rs. 2,200 cashback from Jio, with free data of 50GB for 7A and 100GB for 7C.
3D sound effects and Party Mode are two features that enrich the audio division of the handsets. Honor 7C is priced at Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 11,999 being an Amazon exclusive with sales starting from May 31, and Honor 7A costs Rs. 8,999 being a Flipkart exclusive available from May 29.
