Huawei’s MediaPad M5 is now available for purchase exclusively on Amazon India as MediaPad T5. The device’s 2GB/16GB variant has been priced at Rs. 14,990 ($220/€195), and the 3GB/32GB variant has been priced at INR16,990 ($250/€220). Huawei is also offering for free a flip cover and Earphone AM 12 with the purchase of the MediaPad T5, which would otherwise cost RS.2,998 ($45/€40).
As for the device’s specifications, the MediaPad T5 has been equipped with a symmetrical, lightweight body, weighing approximately 460 grams, making it a conveniently portable tablet with a sleek design. Its 10.1″ (1,920 X 1,200) full HD display with an aspect ratio of 16:10 makes it a stunningly attractive platform to watch videos, and this is complemented by HUAWEI Histen audio technology aided dual speakers for an enriching sound experience.
Internally, the device is being powered by an octa-core processor clocking a speed of 2.36 GHz, which guarantees excellent performance at less power. So far as storage is concerned, a MicroSD card can be used to increase it up to 256 GB. The MediaPad T5 is running on Android 8.0 based EMUI 8.0, and in addition to other apps, the device’s Children’s Corner has been put in place to offer a wide range of activities for kids to play and learn with.
