Huawei is rolling out its MeeTime After-Sale Official Hotline, a new independent video app. With the help of this new video calling app, all P40 users can call up Huawei reps if they need any help with their smartphones. However, they will have yo schedule an appointment before that.
To have access to the MeeTime Hotline, the P40 users need to select their region and put in the Huawei ID, text the company’s WhatsApp Hotline for making an appointment. The front-camera exposure extension will ensure that the video calling quality is almost crystal clear.
Huawei’s MeeTime comes with improvements. It offers up to 1080P FHD video calling between Huawei devices where even in low light the callers can see each other clearly. Where the network is poor and does not allow for a high-quality video calling experience, the super-resolution technology will be ready to compensate for the video-quality in real-time. It could also adapt to bandwidth changes for high-quality resolution.
MEETime offers a new two-way screen sharing function where the user can share information and present it while on the call.
The interactive experiences of the video calling makes it more playful for various scenarios in life. The screen sharing makes it a real-time fun experience where two people can participate.
The MeeTime after-sales service is part of the Huawei Care 2020 plan, which aims to solve the problems faced by Huawei users. The hotline offered will make it easier for the Huawei users to have a solution to the technical problems in no time and without having to physically get out of the house to get the smartphone checked.
The Huawei MeeTime will soon be available in Malaysia sometime at the end of April. However, it is unlikely that this feature will go live globally though the officials have not released any statement.
