Huawei O3 Community Announced to Build Service Knowledge Platform

As part of its continuous effort to build a partner service enabling system, Huawei has officially unveiled a new platform, the Huawei O3 Community, at the ongoing Huawei Full Connection Conference 2023 in China for service knowledge and experience in the community network.

The platform, according to the brand, will connect global service engineers to aggregate user service experiences under three concepts: online, open, and orchestration.

With the new platform, Huawei hopes to support and improve operational efficiency and lessen the difficulty for engineers to acquire knowledge by making its ICT service knowledge and experience accumulated over more than 30 years open to the outside world.
