Chinese smartphone maker Huawei on Tuesday launched three new smart wearables in India the Huawei Watch GT, Band 3 Pro, and Band 3e. The wearables were globally unveiled alongside the Mate 20 Pro at an event in London.
Huawei Watch GT
The Huawei Watch GT smartwatch that debuted last October alongside the Mate 20 series smartphones has been launched in India. The Huawei Watch sports a dual-crown design with stainless steel and ceramic bezels and is treated with a DLC diamond carbon coating. On the front, it has a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 454×454.
The Huawei Watch GT is priced at Rs. 16,990 and will be available on Amazon.in starting 19 March.
Band 3e and Band 3 Pro
Huawei Band 3e features a 0.5-inch POLED display and weighs just 11 grams with a wristband. It features Pedometer, Sleep Tracker, Exercise Tracker, and Sedentary reminder. It also shows Call and Message notifications. You can also reject or mute calls direct from the band. The band is priced at Rs. 1,699 and would be offered in two colors, Pink and Black.
The band is powered by an Apple 3 chip. It features TruSleep 2.0, which tracks the sleep cycle and includes IR sensors to monitor heart rate. It is water resistant up to 50 meters and weighs 25 grams. The device will be on sale via Amazon for Rs 4,699 starting March 26. It would be available in Obsidian Black and Space Blue.
All three smart wearables can be paired with a smartphone via Bluetooth, but none supports WiFi and relies on the smartphone’s connection.
