On September 29, Intel’s 12th-generation Core Alder Lake i9-12900 data were exposed by an Asus engineer. It appears that he had forgotten to disconnect the connection during a data test, and eventually, it was leaked online. This incident shows the lackadaisical security of the world’s largest semiconductor chip firm, Intel. Moreover, the CPU’s TDP was reduced to 65W (K The series is 125W).

IT learned that Intel’s 12th generation i9-12900 has leaked on UserBenchmark, and a user from Taiwan, China tested the CPU with ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme motherboard. The test result suggests that the system is linked to a 1280×1024 display. The motherboard has one memory slot, and primarily it uses DDR5-4800 memory (C8C1084S1UC48BAW).

In addition, the CPU has equipped with the 8+8 core configuration, which is quite similar to the K series, with 16 cores and 24 threads. With a central frequency of 2.4GHz and a turbo frequency of 4.25Gz. According to the benchmark, the CPU scores 214 points for single-core and 2510 points for multi-core.

Furthermore, the photo of Intel’s i9-12900KF has also leaked. This CPU runs QY5U code; thermal design power (TDP) is 125W. Unfortunately, it does not wrap with an integrated graphics card.

Notably, In August 2021, Jim Keller from AMD directly tied up the Intel side to develop the “Zen5 Killer” lunar lake. Jim Keller played a pivotal role in growing AMD’s tech value in the market.

Intel Corporation is a multi-tech firm based in California, US. It is the world’s largest semiconductor chip manufacturer by revenue and data structure. Intel is the developer of the microprocessors found in most personal computers and devices.
