Indian smartphone manufacturer Intex Technologies has unveiled its latest premium smartphone Aqua GenX, the company’s top-end smartphone of the Aqua series. Keeping the consumer behavior in mind the mobile phone is priced at an affordable Rs.13, 299 that packs with 13-megapixel primary camera with 4G support.
Commenting on the launch Intex Aqua GenX Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Mobile Business Head of Intex Technologies says, “With the introduction of Intex Aqua GenX, the company aims to give the consumers and the mobile industry a first-class experience of feature-loaded mobile at a considerably low price so that everyone can use it.”
The full metallic 8.4mm slim unibody smartphone comes with a 5.50-inch IPS Full HD Display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels protected by Dragon Trail H7 Display. With the device, you can perform multitasking as the smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz Octacore 64-bit MediaTek processor paired with 2GB DDR3 RAM. Aqua GenX runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) and users may upgrade to the latest version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow – though there is no official confirmation given on the update.
On the camera front, the device comes with a powerful 13-megapixel rear camera supported with LED Flash and phase-detection auto-focus and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera to capture your best selfie moments. The mobile packs with 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.
Powered by 2850 mAh non-removable battery Aqua GenX provides 11 Hours (3G) Talk Time and 392 Hours (3G) Standby Time comes with two color variants – Silver and Champagne. Hybrid dual SIM slot of the device will also support 4G along with regular 2G and 3G network.
