As we all know, the official launch date of the upcoming iPhone 14 series has been scheduled for September 8th, 2022, which is in three days. Ahead of the launch conference, reports have revealed today that the mobile giant has produced more than 34 million units of the new iPhone 14. It is anticipated that the new iPhone 14 price increase will be by $100.
According to the Cailian News Agency, Apple will hold an autumn event in the early morning of this Thursday (8th). The supply chain reported that the new iPhone 14 is ahead of schedule, and more than 34 million units have been produced so far. Note that more than one-third of the original order of 90 million units is ready at the end of this year.
The news agency further pointed out that the price of the new iPhone series will increase by $100, betting that people with strong spending power will still pay the bill. Recall that last week; we reported that the pricing of the iPhone 14 series leaked online ahead of the launch conference. In our report then, we disclosed that the new iPhone 14 would cost $749, while the 14 Plus would go for $849, the 14 Pro is $1,049, and the 14 Pro Max, which tops the series, is priced at $1,149.
However, with this development, it means all the devices will be increased by $100 pricing. As we know, the iPhone 14 series are expected to have four models, two standard and two pro models, with Apple discontinuing its current 5.4-inch “mini” model and replacing it with two new, larger 6.7-inch regular iPhone models. Likewise, this is the first time the mobile brand will offer a basic iPhone with a 6.7-inch display.
Accordingly, as we await the official release of the new iPhone 14 series this Thursday, we also hope to see other products like the Apple Watch, AirPods Pro, iPad, and AR/VR headset. Thus, stay connected with TechGenyz as we bring you the latest updates in the tech world.
