Samsung Galaxy S11 smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s and Samsung’s unannounced Snapdragon 865 SoC and Exynos 9830, respectively as per the leaks suggests.
Qualcomm’s 865 is expected to be announced during its annual Tech Summit in December. Whereas Samsung’s 9830 might be revealed a month or two later. It was presumed that the recently announced Exynos 990 will power the Galaxy S11.
The processor of the device comes with a separate 5G Exynos Modem 5123 and is based on a 7nm EUV process. However, the company has not mentioned whether the processor will power its flagship or mid-range phones. The Exynos 990 may only be seen on mid-range Galaxy A-series phones, while the Exynos 9830 is still on its way.
Recently, as per leaks, it was suggested that the Galaxy S11 will feature a 20:9 display similar to the Galaxy A80 and Galaxy A70. Galaxy S11 smartphone is likely to be teased in January during CES 2019 and arrive after MWC 2019 in February, while the leaks and rumors have already started coming in.
