Lenovo has introduced two new business laptops today, dubbed as the ThinkBook 13s and ThinkBook 14s. The ThinkBook is a brand new lineup offering the best of both worlds as according to designs for small businesses. The ultra slim laptops feature an aluminum and magnesium chassis and offer portability.
Though the company has released many more cost-effective options, it has now come with an entirely new line of ThinkBook laptops that combines the best of ThinkPad features at a price point that’s a bit more approachable.
In terms of exterior design, the new ThinkBooks offer a silver colored aluminum exterior in contrast to the Carbon Black on the ThinkPad. Lenovo provides the new ThinkBook lineup with TPM 2.0 security chips, fingerprint readers, dedicated buttons for Skype and a webcam shutter for privacy. While the smaller Lenovo ThinkBook 13s offers up to 12.4 hours of battery life, the Lenovo ThinkBook 14s offers up to 12.55 hours of charge.
Both the ThinkBooks are backed with Windows 10 that comes with touch fingerprint reader for biometric security and Lenovo’s ThinkShutter camera cover for enough privacy control. Currently, both the laptops are available for pre-sales in Jingdong.
