Lenovo Releases R7000 Legion Gaming Laptops With AMD CPU

Lenovo released its R7000 Legion series gaming laptop on May 7, 2020. The company has announced that the Lenovo R7000 series notebooks will be open for order from today onwards. It will be available for sale from May 13.

 Processing Unit

Lenovo R7000 Legion gaming laptop uses the 6-core 12-thread AMD’s Ryzen 5 4600H central processing unit (CPU). Another variant uses AMD’s Ryzen 4800H CPU. NVIDIA provides two gaming graphics card. The available graphics cards are the GeForce GTX 1650 and GTX 1650Ti.

Memory

Coming to the memory, it has the standard 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage.

Design

In the design section, the Lenovo R7000 legion gaming laptop comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD(1920×1080) screen. Other features of the screen include a 100% RGB color gamut and 300nit of brightness. Other Features

Other impressive features include improved cooling and the new case material that reduces the imprint of fingerprints on the surface. For charging it has a smaller 230 W charger and an optional 80Wh+ battery. The keyboard has an improved layout.

Also, it is speculated that the Lenovo R7000 series laptops weigh 200 g heavier than the Intel Legion laptops. They also exceed the thickness of Intel’s Legion laptops by 1 mm.

Pricing

The R5 4600H + GTX 1650 version is priced at 5199 yuan. On the extreme end, the R7 4800H + GTX 1650 Ti version is priced at 5999 yuan. Below is the price list of the available variants:
