The upcoming Meizu M5S smartphone has now been spotted on Geekbench ahead of its February launch. The benchmark listing website reveals that the device is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 chipset with an octa-core 1.3GHz processor and has 2GB of memory.
According to test results of the handset, M5S could only manage a single-core test score of 572 points, and a multi-core score of 2481 points. Meizu M5S smartphone is expected to be unveiled next month as per the reports.
The Meizu M5S will feature a 5.2–inch HD display with 1280 X 720 pixels and consist of a 2930mAh battery. The upcoming smartphone from the Chinese company to sport a 13MP phase detection autofocus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper unit. Both the cameras of the device can record videos at 1080 pixels. The listing also showcases the Meizu M5S to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the smartphone will be available in 2/3/4 GB RAM variants and 16/32/64GB internal memory options.
The Meizu M5s will also support a 4G LTE network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a fingerprint on the Home button. The upcoming device from Meizu will be available in silver gray, gold, and rose gold color. There is no official confirmation on the price part and the availability.
