According to reports emerging from Aggiornamenti Lumia, Microsoft has come out with another Surface Pro X model.
The device has model number 1876 just like its predecessors; the Surface Pro X SQ1 and Surface Pro X SQ2. So from all indications, there seem to be no major changes made, and the difference may just be a slight change in the processor.
Introducing the Surface Pro X from the official website, Microsoft says the thinner Surface Pro today is using both Microsoft SQ 1 and Microsoft SQ 2 chips. It also uses an ultra-fast LTE connection and has 2 USB-C ports and an almost full-screen 13-inch touchscreen. And while new colors are now available, Microsoft says that they are planning to start a free upgrade to Windows 11 by the end of 2021 and is expected to continue into 2022.
Recall, Microsoft had earlier stated that the 2021 fall conference will hold on the 22nd of September, Beijing time. The news was shared by Microsoft during a press conference, where the company claimed it will also share information about Windows 11 and hardware devices.
Going by these rumors, it is safe to say that devices including the Surface Duo 2, Surface Go 3, and the new Surface Pro 8, and even other notebook computers will be coming out. Not only that, this list is expected to include the new Surface Pro X, which will come with ARM chips, and will be upgraded to the Windows 11 ARM system.
