Today, as the results announced by Spiceworks shows that there is a leap in the adoption of Microsoft team than its rival Slack. Microsoft is multiplying to become the second biggest workplace app by 2020 as per by the survey.
The findings come from a study of 900 IT companies distributed across the US and Europe. The much-anticipated result as the survey reports by the year 2020, 53 percent of businesses shall be making use of Skype for Business, 41 percent shall be planning to use Microsoft Teams, while 18 percent proposes to employ Slack, and 12 percent intends to apply the use of Google Hangouts.

The survey was conducted in November 2018 and included less than 901 organizations taking references across North America and EMEA. The reciprocity of the respondents varies to the company sizes, including small-to-medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
