Almost half a year after AirPower got canceled, Mophie has finally released the first Apple-approved multi-device charging pad. While it doesn’t look as sleek or pretty as AirPower, it can still get the job done.
Apple had first announced its multi-device AirPower charging pad but officially got canceled. But that did not mean users did not want a multi-charging device because it would have been really convenient for people to charge several devices in one pad.
Mophie has its solution as its new device features three distinct charging zones that can juice up an iPhone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch simultaneously, complete with a listed power output of 7.5 watts.
The three-in-one wireless charging pad looks similar to the other wireless charging pad previously introduced by Mophie, with a black body and a smooth mirror finish. And for users who do not have a full trio of Apple devices, Mophie also made a $100 Dual Wireless Charging Pad that features an extra USB-A port for charging one additional device using a normal charging cable.
The Mophie three-in-one wireless charging board is not that cheap and is currently priced at $1,148, which is available on Apple’s official website.
