Motorola has unveiled its mind-boggling slimmest phone in India. Motorola Edge 30 Fusion was introduced in India today on May 12. The outlook of the smartphone has the magnetism to make someone twirl upon it. The device is likely a “lite” version of the Motorola Edge 30 Pro.
Even though the new smartphone is tagged as the “world’s thinnest 5G phone” Motorola Edge 30 sports fantastic features including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G Plus 5G chip. The official round-off sale starts on May 19 and the device comes at a price sticker of Rs. 27,999.
Motorola Edge 30 Specifications
Since it has been constructed with an ultra-smooth finish. Let’s talk about it first. The Motorola Edge 30 back cover is made of acrylic glass, which often shines in reflection but protects the cast. Both sides of the phone have been made up of sturdy plastics. Whereas in the front, you will get a Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone is a 6.79mm device and weighs just 155g proving it is one of the, slimmest phones on the market. But even at the time of writing some mobile makers would have brought the even slimmer phones into the market.
The Moto Edge 30 has a 6.5-inch 10-bit pOLED display partnered with a high144Hz refresh rate. On the front, it sports a 32MP selfie shooter. Biometrics are wielded by an in-display fingerprint reader.
On the software front, the machine is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chip which is coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB storage. The phone runs on Android 12 alongside Motorola’s custom My UX.
Coming to the camera, Moto Edge 30 is mounted with a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50MP primary camera sensor teamed up with another 50MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor.
Boosting the device is a 4,020mAh battery with 33W fast TurboPower wired charging.
Price and availability
The Moto Edge 30 comes at a price tag of Rs 27,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will cost you Rs 29,999 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will go on sale from May 19 (12pm) and available across Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and in a few retail stores.
